When I am not actively creating or performing, I fitness train and instruct for all ages, specializing in children and those with special needs.
AFAA, NETA, IFTA, MaddDoggSPIN, Kangoo Jumps, TRX functional training, & Urban Rebound certified.
I keep sessions and classes fun and challenging. I love to switch it up to keep the mind and body engaged.
